大德僧聽！此某甲，從某甲求受具足戒。此某甲，今從僧乞受具足戒，某甲為和上。若僧時到，僧忍聽，我問諸難事。白如是。

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! This so-and-so seeks to receive upasampadā from so-and-so. This so-and-so now begs the saṃgha to receive upasampadā, with so-and-so as his upādhyāya. If the saṃgha's time has arrived, and the saṃgha approves and listens, I will question him about the various obstacles. Such is the motion."
