「大姊僧聽！我某甲沙彌尼，今從僧乞二歲學戒，某甲尼為和尚。願僧與我二歲學戒，慈愍故。」（三乞已。）
"May the elder sisters of the saṃgha listen! I, śrāmaṇerikā N.N., now request from the saṃgha the two-year training in the precepts, with bhikṣuṇī N.N. as my upādhyāyikā. May the saṃgha grant me the two-year training in the precepts, out of compassion." (Having requested three times.)
