「大姊僧聽！彼某甲沙彌尼，今從僧乞二歲學戒，某甲尼為和尚。若僧時到，僧忍聽：與某甲沙彌尼二歲學戒，某甲尼為和尚。白如是。
"May the elder sisters of the saṃgha listen! That śrāmaṇerikā N.N. now requests from the saṃgha the two-year training in the precepts, with bhikṣuṇī N.N. as upādhyāyikā. If the saṃgha's time has arrived, may the saṃgha consent: grant śrāmaṇerikā N.N. the two-year training in the precepts, with bhikṣuṇī N.N. as upādhyāyikā. This is the jñapti."
