「大姊僧聽！我某甲，從和尚尼某甲，求受大戒。我某甲，今從眾僧乞受大戒，和尚尼某甲。願僧濟度我，慈愍故。」（如是三乞。）

"Let the saṃgha of elder sisters listen! I, N.N., seek to receive upasampadā from the upādhyāyikā N.N. I, N.N., now request upasampadā from the saṃgha, with the upādhyāyikā N.N. May the saṃgha deliver me, out of compassionate pity." (She makes the request three times like this.)
