「大德憶念！我比丘某甲，犯某罪。今向大德發露，後如法懺悔。」（三說。）
"May the venerable sir bear in mind! I, Bhikṣu N.N., have committed [such-and-such] an offense. Now I reveal it to the venerable sir, and later I shall confess it according to the Dharma." (Three times.)
