「大姊僧聽！僧今差比丘尼某甲，為比丘尼僧故，往大僧中說三事自恣——見、聞、疑。誰諸大姊忍『僧差比丘尼某甲，為比丘尼僧故，往大僧中說三事自恣——見、聞、疑』者默然，誰不忍者說。

"May the elder sisters of the saṃgha listen! The saṃgha now appoints the bhikṣuṇī N.N., on behalf of the bhikṣuṇī-saṃgha, to go to the great saṃgha to declare pravāraṇā regarding three matters—what was seen, heard, and suspected. Whichever elder sisters approve that 'the saṃgha appoint the bhikṣuṇī N.N., on behalf of the bhikṣuṇī-saṃgha, to go to the great saṃgha to declare pravāraṇā regarding three matters—what was seen, heard, and suspected,' remain silent; whoever does not approve, let her speak.
