（大同「三十」中，唯無財捨為異。若懺前品，從生八種或有或無，如新衣、過量，著用並犯，理須准懺。如妄語、掘地，無因而犯，亦不必並通，宜隨犯多少，稱實前懺。不得在根本後，以佛制在前。若懺根本，別眾得開，不同「三十」。其請懺悔主，文如上說。若正悔本罪，文少有別。應言：）

(This is largely identical to the 'Thirty [Naiḥsargika-pāyattika Offenses],' differing only in that there is no property to forfeit. When confessing the preceding class, the eight derived offenses may or may not be present; for instance, regarding new robes or robes exceeding the prescribed size, wearing and using them both incur offenses, which logically must be confessed accordingly. Offenses such as false speech and digging the earth are committed without such an occasion, and thus need not all apply; one should confess according to the truth of how much was committed prior to [the root confession]. It must not follow the root confession, because the Buddha's prohibition requires it to come first. When confessing the root offense, it is permissible to do so before an incomplete Saṃgha, unlike the 'Thirty.' The text for inviting the deśanā master is as spoken above. When formally confessing the root offense, the text differs slightly. One should say:)
