「大德一心念！我某甲比丘，犯故妄語波逸提罪（餘有隨稱），不憶數（但犯單墮，多不憶實，自有憶者，隨有言之，實而非謬），今向大德發露懺悔，不敢覆藏。」

"May the bhadanta focus his mind! I, the bhikṣu N.N., have committed the pāyattika offense of intentional false speech (other offenses named as appropriate), beyond memory of their number (for simple pāyattika offenses, most cannot be accurately recalled; if one does recall, name them as they exist, truthfully and without error). Now before the bhadanta I reveal and confess them, not daring to conceal them."
