佛言：「有四種斷事人：若寡聞無慚、若多聞無慚者，在僧中言說斷事，僧應種種苦切呵責，令無慚者不復更作。」

The Buddha said: "There are four kinds of persons who settle matters: if one of little learning lacks shame, or if one of great learning lacks shame, and speaks in the saṃgha to settle matters, the saṃgha should severely rebuke and reprove him in various ways so that the shameless person does not do so again."
