「僧已忍『聽某甲、某甲諸比丘，受三十九夜，僧事故出界，是處安居、自恣』竟。僧忍默然故，是事如是持。」

"The saṃgha has approved granting that these bhikṣus N.N. and N.N. take leave of thirty-nine nights to depart beyond the boundary on saṃgha business, while observing the varṣā and pravāraṇā in this place. Because the saṃgha approves in silence, so is this matter maintained."
