「大德僧聽！某甲、某甲諸比丘受三十九夜，僧事故出界，是處安居、自恣。誰諸長老忍『某甲、某甲諸比丘受三十九夜，僧事故出界，是處安居、自恣』者默然，誰不忍者說。

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! These bhikṣus N.N. and N.N. take leave of thirty-nine nights to depart beyond the boundary on saṃgha business, while observing the varṣā and pravāraṇā in this place. Whichever venerable ones approve that these bhikṣus N.N. and N.N. take leave of thirty-nine nights to depart beyond the boundary on saṃgha business, while observing the varṣā and pravāraṇā in this place, remain silent; whoever does not approve, let him speak.
