「大德僧聽！齊如是比丘坐處，僧於中結小界。誰諸長老忍『齊如是比丘坐處結小界』者默然，誰不忍者說。

"May the bhadantas of the saṃgha listen! Up to such seating places of the bhikṣus, the saṃgha binds a khaṇḍasīmā within them. Whichever āyuṣmats consent to 'binding a khaṇḍasīmā up to such seating places of the bhikṣus', let them remain silent. Whoever does not consent, let him speak.
