「僧已忍『齊如是比丘坐處結小界』竟。僧忍默然故，是事如是持。」

"The saṃgha has consented to 'binding a khaṇḍasīmā up to such seating places of the bhikṣus'. Because the saṃgha has consented and remained silent, so let this matter be held."
