（佛言：「一切醎、苦、酢、辛不任為食者，有病因緣，聽盡形服，乃至灰土、大小便等。」亦手受，加口法云：）

(The Buddha said: "All salty, bitter, sour, and pungent things unsuitable as food may, when there is the condition of illness, be consumed for a lifetime, even ashes, earth, feces, urine, and the like." Receiving by hand as well, add the verbal formula, saying:)
