「大德一心念！我比丘某甲，今為病因緣。此薑椒盡形壽藥，為欲共宿長服故，今於大德邊受。」（三說。）

"May the bhadanta focus his mind! I, the bhikṣu N.N., now have the condition of illness. This ginger and pepper is a lifetime medicine; wishing to keep it overnight and consume it long-term, I now receive it from the bhadanta." (Spoken three times.)
