非時和合法（若因舉事，遂有鬪諍，能所不和，別部說戒。若能懺悔改過，從僧乞解；解已，作白羯磨和合布薩。應如是白：）

Procedure for Off-Season Reconciliation (If on account of an accusation a dispute arises, so that the accuser and the accused are discordant and hold poṣadha in separate divisions: if they can repent, reform their faults, and ask the saṃgha for release; once released, they perform a jñapti-karman for a harmonious poṣadha. They should make the motion as follows:)
