長老一心念！我比丘某甲，此尼師壇，是我助身衣受。（三說。餘助身衣受同此法。捨者，翻受應知。）
"Let the venerable one bear in mind single-mindedly! I, bhikṣu so-and-so, determine this niṣīdana as my auxiliary body-cloth." (Spoken three times. Determining other auxiliary cloths follows this same procedure. For relinquishing it, know that one reverses the determination.)
