大姊一心念！我比丘尼某甲，此尼師壇，是我助身衣受。（三說。餘助身衣受同此法。捨者，翻受應知。）

"May the sister pay single-minded attention! I, bhikṣuṇī so-and-so, determine this niṣīdana to be my body-accessory cloth." (Spoken three times. Determining other body-accessory cloths is the same as this procedure. As for relinquishing it, one should know it by reversing the determination.)
