大德僧聽！今有爾許比丘集，解此處小界。誰諸長老忍僧解此處小界者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍解此處小界竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。

"May the saṃgha, bhadantas, listen! Now so many bhikṣus have gathered to revoke the small sīmā of this place. Whichever āyuṣmats approve that the saṃgha revoke the small sīmā of this place, let them remain silent; whoever does not approve, let him speak. The saṃgha has approved the revoking of the small sīmā of this place. The saṃgha approves, because of the silence. Thus do I hold this matter."
