解三小中。言同前者，亦事希也。今略出之，文云：今有爾許比丘集，解此處小界。

In revoking the three small [boundaries]: Stating that it is identical to the preceding is also because the matter is rare. Now setting it forth briefly, the text states: “Now so many bhikṣus have assembled to revoke the small boundary of this place.”
