羯磨授戒與度人法（若比丘愚癡輒便度人，而不知教授。以不教授故，不按威儀，乞食不如法，處處受不淨食，或受不淨鉢食，在小食、大食上高聲大喚，如婆羅門聚會法。佛言：「聽僧與授具足者白二羯磨。」彼至僧中，具儀作如是求。）

The procedure of karman for conferring the precepts and granting ordination: (If a bhikṣu is foolish and rashly ordains people, yet does not know how to instruct them—due to not instructing them, they do not follow decorum, beg food contrary to the Dharma, receive impure food everywhere, or receive food into impure bowls, and make loud noises and shout during minor meals and major meals, like the assemblies of brahmins—the Buddha said: 'I allow the saṃgha to perform a jñaptidvitīya-karman to grant permission to confer the upasampadā.' He goes into the saṃgha, fully performs the proper deportment, and makes a request like this:)
