度外道法（律言：自今已去，聽與外道眾僧中四月共住白二羯磨。當如是與：先剃髮已，著袈裟，乃至合掌，教作是言：）

The procedure for ordaining non-Buddhists: (The Vinaya states: From this day forth, I allow conferring a four-month period of co-residence in the midst of the saṃgha upon non-Buddhists by a jñaptidvitīya-karman. It should be conferred like this: First, having shaved his hair, put on kāṣāya robes, up to joining his palms, instruct him to speak thus:)
