大德僧聽！此某甲比丘尼，犯某僧殘罪，已從僧乞半月摩那埵；僧已與此某甲比丘尼半月摩那埵。此某甲比丘尼已行摩那埵竟，今從僧乞出罪羯磨。若僧時到，僧忍聽，僧與某甲比丘尼出罪。白如是。

"Let the saṃgha, venerable sirs, listen! This bhikṣuṇī, [so-and-so], committed [such-and-such] saṃghāvaśeṣa offense and already requested a half-month mānatva from the saṃgha; the saṃgha has already granted this bhikṣuṇī, [so-and-so], the half-month mānatva. This bhikṣuṇī, [so-and-so], has already finished undergoing the mānatva, and now requests from the saṃgha the karman of rehabilitation. If the saṃgha's time has arrived, and the saṃgha approves and permits it, the saṃgha rehabilitates the bhikṣuṇī, [so-and-so]. Such is the motion."
