除波逸提罪法（按此罪法有其二位：一、三十捨墮，二、九十波逸提。但三十捨墮，捨時除二寶及雜野蠶綿臥具。若僧、若眾多人、若一人，不得別眾捨；若捨，不成捨，突吉羅。）

The Procedure for Removing Pāyattika Offenses (Note that this offense category has two divisions: first, the thirty niḥsargika-pāyattika; second, the ninety pāyattika. However, regarding the thirty niḥsargika-pāyattika, at the time of relinquishment—with the exception of [bedding containing] the two treasures and bedding mixed with wild silk—whether [relinquished to] the saṃgha, many persons, or one person, one must not relinquish it to a factional assembly; if relinquished [thus], the relinquishment is not valid, and it is a duṣkṛta.)
