除波逸提罪法（案此罪法有其二位：一、三十捨墮，二、一百七十八波逸提。但三十捨墮，捨時除二寶。若僧、若眾多人、若一人，不得別眾捨；若捨，不成捨，突吉羅。）

Procedure for Removing Pāyattika Offences: (Note: this class of offences has two divisions: first, the thirty nissaggiya-pācittiya; second, the one hundred and seventy-eight pācittiya. However, for the thirty nissaggiya-pācittiya, when relinquishing them, exclude the two jewels. Whether to the saṃgha, or to many persons, or to one person, one must not relinquish to a factional assembly; if one relinquishes thus, it does not constitute relinquishment, and is a duṣkṛta.)
