大德僧聽！我某甲比丘，故畜（若干、眾多）長衣（餘隨種名，事別稱之），過十日，犯捨墮。此衣已捨與僧，是中有（若干、眾多）波逸提罪，今從僧乞懺悔。願僧聽我某甲比丘懺悔，慈愍故。（三說。此等對僧儀軌，大同前位。以此捨墮，人之數犯，作法是難，故更具述。）

"Let the saṃgha, venerable sirs, listen! I, the bhikṣu [so-and-so], have intentionally kept [a certain number of / many] extra robes (name other items individually according to their type), exceeding ten days, committing a niḥsargika-pāyattika. These robes have already been relinquished to the saṃgha, and herein there are [a certain number of / many] pāyattika offenses. I now request confession from the saṃgha. May the saṃgha permit me, the bhikṣu [so-and-so], to confess, out of compassion." (Three times. The protocol for this before the saṃgha is largely the same as the previous category. Because these niḥsargika-pāyattikas are frequently committed by people and the procedure is difficult, it is therefore set forth again in full detail.)
