「大德僧聽！我某甲比丘，故畜（眾多、若干）長衣犯捨墮，是衣已捨與僧，今有（眾多、若干）波逸提罪，從僧乞懺悔。願僧聽我某甲比丘懺悔，慈愍故。」（三說。）

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! I, the bhikṣu N.N., intentionally kept (numerous / a certain number of) extra robes, committing [the offense of] relinquishment and forfeiture. These robes have already been relinquished to the saṃgha. Now having (numerous / a certain number of) prāyaścittika offenses, I request repentance from the saṃgha. May the saṃgha permit me, the bhikṣu N.N., to repent, out of compassionate pity." (Stated three times.)
