大德一心念！我某甲比丘，故畜（若干、眾多）長衣（餘隨種名，事別稱之），過十日，犯捨墮。此衣已捨與僧，是中有（若干、眾多）波逸提罪，（更有餘罪，亦隨稱之。）今請大德作懺悔主。願大德為我作懺悔主，慈愍故。（一說。）

"Venerable sir, keep your mind focused on me! I, the bhikṣu [so-and-so], have intentionally kept [a certain number of / many] extra robes (name other items individually according to their type), exceeding ten days, committing a niḥsargika-pāyattika. These robes have already been relinquished to the saṃgha, and herein there are [a certain number of / many] pāyattika offenses (if there are other offenses, name them accordingly as well). I now request the venerable sir to serve as the master of confession. May the venerable sir serve as the master of confession for me, out of compassion." (Once.)
