大德一心念！我某甲比丘，故畜（爾許、眾多）長衣（餘隨種別稱之），過十日，犯捨墮。此衣已捨與僧，是中有（爾許、眾多）波逸提罪。既犯此罪，僧說戒時告清淨，犯（爾許眾多）波逸提罪。對首說戒自言清淨，犯（爾許眾多）波逸提罪，僧自恣時告清淨，犯（爾許眾多）波逸提罪。對首自恣自言清淨，犯（爾許、眾多）波逸提罪，今向大德懺悔，不敢覆藏。懺悔則安樂，不懺悔不安樂，憶念犯發露，知而不覆藏。願大德憶我清淨，戒身具足，清淨布薩。（三說。受懺者應語言：）自責汝心，應生厭離。（懺者答言：）爾。（若捨墮物已用壞盡，雖無財捨，罪位同前，亦須一一緣知具闕，如上懺之。）

"May the bhadanta single-mindedly attend! I, bhikṣu so-and-so, intentionally kept [so many / numerous] extra robes (name them differently according to the specific item), and having exceeded ten days, committed forfeiture. These robes have already been forfeited to the saṃgha, and among them are [so many / numerous] prāyaścittika offenses. Having committed these offenses, when the saṃgha recited the precepts I declared purity, committing [so many / numerous] prāyaścittika offenses. In face-to-face recitation of the precepts I declared myself pure, committing [so many / numerous] prāyaścittika offenses. When the saṃgha conducted pravāraṇā I declared purity, committing [so many / numerous] prāyaścittika offenses. In face-to-face pravāraṇā I declared myself pure, committing [so many / numerous] prāyaścittika offenses. Now I confess them to the bhadanta and do not dare to conceal them. Confessing them brings ease and happiness; not confessing them brings no ease and happiness. Remembering the infractions, I disclose them; knowing them, I do not conceal them. May the bhadanta remember me as pure, endowed with the aggregate of precepts, pure in poṣadha." (Recite three times. The one receiving the confession should say:) "Reproach your own mind and give rise to disgust and renunciation." (The confessant answers:) "Yes." (If the forfeited items have already been worn out and destroyed, although there is no material object to forfeit, the offense categories are the same as before, and one must also cognize their presence or absence based on conditions one by one, confessing them as above.)
