出功德衣法（彼六群比丘不出功德衣，作如是意：「以久得五事放捨。」佛言：「不應作如是意，聽冬四月竟，僧應出功德衣。」應如是作。）

The procedure for the kaṭhinoddhāra (The ṣaḍvargika-bhikṣus did not perform the kaṭhinoddhāra, thinking: "By this we may long enjoy the relaxation of the five privileges." The Buddha said: "One should not think thus; I allow that when the four months of winter have ended, the saṃgha should perform the kaṭhinoddhāra." It should be performed thus.)
