大德一心念！我某甲比丘，無病，故在村中從非親里比丘尼邊自手受食食，犯（爾許、眾多）波羅提提舍尼罪（餘隨種名，事別稱之）。大德！我犯可呵法，所不應為。今向大德悔過，不敢覆藏等。同上。（一說。）

"Let the bhadanta single-mindedly pay heed! I, bhikṣu so-and-so, while not ill, knowingly in a village accepted food with my own hands from an unrelated bhikṣuṇī and ate it, committing [this many / numerous] pratideśanīya offenses (for others, name them distinctly according to the type). Bhadanta! I committed a blameworthy offense, what should not be done. I now repent before the bhadanta, not daring to conceal them, etc." The rest is the same as above. (Spoken once.)
