大姊一心念！我某甲比丘尼，無病，故乞蘇食，犯（爾許、眾多）波羅提提舍尼罪（餘隨種名，事別稱之）。大姊！我犯可呵法，所不應為。今向大姊悔過，不敢覆藏等。同上。（一說。）

"Ayye, bear in mind with one intent! I, bhikṣuṇī [name], not being sick, deliberately begged for ghee to eat, and committed [so many / numerous] pratideśanīya offences (the rest should be stated specifically according to the category and the matter). Ayye, I have committed a blameworthy deed, which should not have been done. I now repent before the ayye, not daring to conceal them," and so forth, as above. (Said once.)
