大德僧聽！此一切僧於罪有疑。若僧時到，僧忍聽，此眾僧自說罪。白如是。（作是白已，然後說戒。）

"Let the saṃgha, bhadantas, listen! This entire saṃgha has doubts concerning offenses. If the time has arrived for the saṃgha, let the saṃgha consent: this saṃgha declares its own offenses. The motion is like this." (Having made this motion, thereafter recite the precepts.)
