2.23

與不覆藏者作盡形學悔法（律言：若比丘未犯波羅夷，終不犯；若已犯，都無覆藏心，如法懺悔者，聽僧與彼比丘波羅夷戒羯磨。彼應僧中具儀，作如是乞。）

The procedure for executing the lifelong śikṣādattaka on one who does not conceal (The Vinaya states: If a bhikṣu has not committed a pārājika, he never will commit it; if he has committed it, but has no intention whatsoever of concealing it and repents according to the Dharma, I allow the saṃgha to execute the pārājika-śikṣādattaka-karman for that bhikṣu. He should be fully comported within the saṃgha and make the request thus:)
