與不覆藏者作盡形學悔法（律言：若未犯波羅夷，終不犯；若已犯，都無覆藏心，如法懺者，聽僧與彼波羅夷戒羯磨。彼比丘尼應僧中具儀，作如是乞。）

Procedure for granting lifelong penance to one who does not conceal. (The Vinaya says: If one has not committed a pārājika, one should never commit it; if one has committed it, but has no intention of concealing it and confesses according to the Dharma, the saṃgha is permitted to grant her the karman of pārājika penance. That bhikṣuṇī, maintaining proper deportment within the saṃgha, should make the request as follows:)
