與學悔人重犯者作滅擯法（諸比丘言：「若與波羅夷戒比丘重犯，復得與波羅夷戒不？」佛言：「不應爾，應滅擯。」與作舉等，應如是作。）

The procedure for executing the utkṣepaṇīya-karman against one under probation who commits an offense again (The bhikṣus asked: "If a bhikṣu granted the pārājika training commits an offense again, can he be granted the pārājika training again?" The Buddha said: "It should not be so; he should be subjected to utkṣepaṇīya." Having executed codanā and so forth, it should be performed thus.)
