2.45

與壞覆藏者本日治法（彼比丘行覆時，更重犯。佛言：「聽僧為彼比丘作本日治白四羯磨。」此是新罪與舊罪合治。應至僧中，具儀作如是乞。）

The procedure of sending back to the beginning for one who breaks [the parivāsa for] concealment (When that bhikṣu is practicing [parivāsa for] concealment, he commits another offense again. The Buddha said: "I allow the saṃgha to perform a jñapticaturtha-karman to send that bhikṣu back to the beginning." This is dealing with the new offense and the former offense together. He should go into the saṃgha, observe the proper decorum, and make the request as follows:)
