大德僧聽！此某甲比丘，犯某僧殘罪，覆藏（若干）日。此某甲比丘，犯某僧殘罪，隨覆藏（若干）日，已從僧乞覆藏羯磨；僧已與某甲比丘隨覆藏（若干）日羯磨。此某甲比丘行覆藏時，中間更重犯某僧殘罪覆藏（若干）日，今從僧乞前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪覆藏（若干）日及覆藏本日治羯磨；僧與某甲比丘前犯中間重犯覆藏（若干）日及覆藏本日治羯磨。誰諸長老忍僧與某甲比丘前犯中間重犯覆藏（若干）日及覆藏本日治羯磨者默然，誰不忍者說。（三說。）僧已忍與某甲比丘前犯中間重犯覆藏（若干）日及覆藏本日治羯磨竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。（若更重重犯者，與法准知。白行等法，隨事具牒之。）

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! This bhikṣu so-and-so committed a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense and concealed it for [so many] days. This bhikṣu so-and-so committed a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, concealed it accordingly for [so many] days, and has requested from the saṃgha the karman of concealment; the saṃgha has granted to bhikṣu so-and-so the karman corresponding to [so many] days of concealment. While this bhikṣu so-and-so was practicing [parivāsa for] concealment, in the interim he committed again a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense and concealed it for [so many] days; now he requests from the saṃgha the karman of concealment for [so many] days for the former offense and intermediate repeat offense, and sending back to the beginning of concealment; the saṃgha grants to bhikṣu so-and-so the karman of concealment for [so many] days for the former offense and intermediate repeat offense, and sending back to the beginning of concealment. Whichever venerable ones approve that the saṃgha grants to bhikṣu so-and-so the karman of concealment for [so many] days for the former offense and intermediate repeat offense, and sending back to the beginning of concealment, remain silent; whoever does not approve, speak." (Spoken three times.) "The saṃgha has approved granting to bhikṣu so-and-so the karman of concealment for [so many] days for the former offense and intermediate repeat offense, and sending back to the beginning of concealment. The saṃgha approves, therefore it is silent; so is this matter held." (If he commits an offense yet again, the granting of the procedure should be known by analogy. As for procedures such as announcing the practice, detail them fully according to the circumstances.)
