與壞覆藏及壞六夜本日治法（此本日治有二：一、壞覆藏及壞六夜，二、不壞覆藏壞六夜。此據舊新合作治法。彼俱壞者，僧中具儀，作如是乞。）

The procedure for penalizing [sentencing back to] the original date for one who breached concealment and breached the six nights (This penalizing [sentencing back to] the original date has two types: first, breaching concealment and breaching the six nights; second, not breaching concealment but breaching the six nights. This is based on combining the old and new to formulate the penalty. For one who has breached both, he observes proper decorum in the saṃgha and makes this request:)
