3.10

大德僧聽！此某甲比丘，僧為作呵責羯磨。彼比丘隨順眾僧，無所違逆，從僧乞解呵責羯磨。誰諸長老忍僧為某甲比丘解呵責羯磨者默然，誰不忍者說。（三說）僧已忍解某甲比丘呵責羯磨竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。

Let the saṃgha, bhadantas, listen! The saṃgha performed the tarjanīya-karman for this bhikṣu So-and-so. That bhikṣu conforms to the saṃgha without any disobedience, and begs the saṃgha for the revocation of the tarjanīya-karman. Whichever āyuṣmats approve that the saṃgha revokes the tarjanīya-karman for the bhikṣu So-and-so, let them remain silent; whoever does not approve, let him speak. (To be spoken three times.) The saṃgha has approved revoking the tarjanīya-karman for the bhikṣu So-and-so. Because the saṃgha approves, it is silent; so is this matter maintained.
