第三念：（謂知受戒時日歲數。稱云：）我於某年某月某日某時，一尺木若干影，受具足戒，無夏。（若有夏者，隨夏稱之。）

The third recollection: (meaning to know the date and year count of receiving the precepts. One declares, saying:) 'On such a year, such a month, such a day, and such a time, when the shadow of a one-foot stick was so much, I received the upasampadā; I have zero rains retreats.' (If one has rains retreats, declare it according to the rains retreats.)
