與不見罪舉羯磨法（時有比丘犯罪，餘比丘語言：「汝犯罪見不？」答言：「不見。」佛言：「聽僧與作不見罪舉白四。」此作及解，亦如律。）

The Procedure for Imposing the Codanā-karman for Not Seeing an Offense (At that time there was a bhikṣu who committed an offense. The other bhikṣus said to him: "Do you see that you have committed an offense, or not?" He replied, saying: "I do not see it." The Buddha said: "I permit the saṃgha to perform for him the jñapticaturtha for the codanā of not seeing an offense." The performance and revocation of this are also as in the Vinaya.)
