與罪處所毘尼法（時諸比丘犯罪，前後相違。佛言：「聽僧與彼比丘作罪處所白四羯磨。」應如是與：集僧；集已，為作舉；作舉已，與作憶念；作憶念已，與罪。作法如文。作已，順行七五之行。）

Procedure for granting the Specific-Offense Vinaya (tatsvabhāvaiṣīya-vinaya): (At that time, bhikṣus committed offenses and made contradictory statements. The Buddha said: "I allow the saṃgha to perform a jñapticaturtha-karman of the Specific-Offense Vinaya for that bhikṣu." It should be granted thus: assemble the saṃgha; having assembled it, make the codanā for him; having made the codanā, apply smṛti-kāraṇa for him; having applied smṛti-kāraṇa, impose the offense on him. The enactment of the rite is as in the text. Having enacted it, he must properly observe the thirty-five practices.)
