3.68

自今已去，為諸比丘結罪處所滅諍法，應如是說結罪處所。（云何罪處所？彼比丘此罪，與作舉、作憶念者是。）

"From this day forth, bind the procedure for settling disputes by the Specific Offense for the bhikṣus; one should pronounce the binding of the Specific Offense thus." (What is the Specific Offense? Regarding this offense of that bhikṣu, codanā is made and smṛti-kāraṇa is applied.)
