解說戒堂法（時諸比丘先立說戒堂，復欲餘處立。聽解前說戒堂，然後更結。應如是解。）

Procedure for unbinding the poṣadha hall: (At that time, the bhikṣus had previously established a poṣadha hall, and again wished to establish one in another place. [The Buddha] allowed unbinding the former poṣadha hall, and afterwards binding another. It should be unbound thus.)
