3.81

大德僧聽！僧結某甲房作庫藏屋。誰諸長老忍僧結某甲房作庫藏屋者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍結某甲房作庫藏屋竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。（若庫藏不堅牢，聽差守庫藏人，具德如上。若不肯者，與福饒、與粥。若故不肯，一切所受衣食分，應與二分。若故不肯，當如法治。）

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! The saṃgha binds the room of [so-and-so] as a storehouse building. Whichever venerables consent to the saṃgha binding the room of [so-and-so] as a storehouse building, remain silent; whoever does not consent, speak! The saṃgha has already consented to bind the room of [so-and-so] as a storehouse building. Because the saṃgha consents, it is silent; thus do we hold this matter." (If the storehouse is not secure, it is permitted to appoint a storehouse keeper who possesses the virtues described above. If he is unwilling, grant him merit-allowance and give him gruel. If he still refuses, of all distributions of robes and food received, he should be given a double portion. If he still refuses, deal with him according to the Dharma.)
