3.52

大姊僧聽！僧結某甲房作庫藏屋。誰諸大姊忍僧結某甲房作庫藏屋者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍結某甲房作庫藏屋竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。（若庫藏不堅牢，聽差守庫藏人，具德如上。若不肯者，與福饒、與粥。若故不肯，一切所受衣食分，應與二分。若故不肯，當如法治。）

"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! The saṃgha demarcates the room of [so-and-so] as a storeroom. Whichever ayyes consent to the saṃgha demarcating the room of [so-and-so] as a storeroom, remain silent; whoever does not consent, speak. The saṃgha has consented to demarcate the room of [so-and-so] as a storeroom. The saṃgha consents, therefore it is silent; thus is this matter maintained." (If the storeroom is not secure, it is permitted to appoint a person to guard the storeroom, endowed with virtues as above. If she is unwilling, provide her with meritorious surplus and provide her with gruel. If she is still unwilling, of all shares of robes and food received, two shares should be given to her. If she is still unwilling, she should be dealt with dhammena.)
