大德僧聽！我某甲比丘得乾痟病，此糞掃僧伽梨重，有因緣事欲人間行，不堪持行，我今從僧乞結不失衣法。（三說。僧如是與。）

'Let the saṃgha, bhadantas, listen! I, bhikṣu so-and-so, suffer from consumption, and this rag-robe is heavy; having business, I wish to travel among people, but I am unable to carry it along. I now request from the saṃgha the formulation of not losing my robes.' (To be spoken three times. The saṃgha grants it thus:)
