大姊僧聽！我某甲比丘尼得乾痟病，此糞掃僧伽梨重，有因緣事欲人間行，不堪持行，我今從僧乞結不失衣法。（三說。僧如是與。）
"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! I, bhikṣuṇī [so-and-so], suffer from a wasting disease. This pāṃsukūla saṃghāṭī is heavy, and I have reason to travel among people, but am unable to carry it. I now request from the saṃgha the procedure for non-forfeiture of robes." (To be spoken three times. The saṃgha grants it in this way:)
