3.146

"Dwelling together, one knows his nature and conduct,
He is jealous, envious, and prone to anger;
Among people he speaks good words,
In private places he commits adharmika deeds.
Using expedients he tells lies,
The discerning are able to perceive this;
Tares and weeds should be eliminated and cast away,
As well as hollow trees.
One who proclaims himself a śramaṇa,
Being false, should receive utkṣepaṇīya-karman;
Having already completed the utkṣepaṇīya-karman
Against the one who commits evil and adharmika deeds,
The pure dwell together,
Know that this is glorious and bright;
In samagratā together carrying out utkṣepaṇīya-karman,
In samagratā they put an end to the limit of suffering."
